Payments

• Pursue collection of unpaid amounts

Customers are responsible for any fees associated with returned payments.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Customers should provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling appointments.

Builder By Nature reserves the right to charge a reasonable cancellation fee for appointments canceled without sufficient notice, where permitted by applicable law.

Customer Responsibilities
